We are a small oyster farm in the beautiful Peconic Bay, NY. Help create a spirit moving oyster experience-
Our 10 acre farm is located in the Hog’s Neck area of Peconic Bay. Two nearby creeks feed into our farm. Much of the nearby land is permanently preserved grass and wetlands. The combination of currents are constantly bringing rich nutrients to feed our shellfish.

We set out to bring only the highest quality oysters to market. We’d rather deliver a lower quantity than a lower quality so you know what to expect when you buy our oysters either direct at the farm or from any of our fine restaurant partners.
